Julia brings nine years of invaluable experience in Maryland’s Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). She specializes in assisting clients with enrollment processes and addressing potential delays, ensuring they get access to care as soon as possible. Julia’s expertise upgrades our services, providing outstanding support to clients, caregivers, family caregivers, and professionals seeking a reliable home care provider.

Personal and Companion Care

Offering assistance with personal tasks (such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing, etc) and social and emotional support to improve quality of life.

Brain and Mobility Support

Assisting individuals living with physical disabilities (such as Parkinson’s disease or vision loss), cognitive decline (including dementia or Alzheimer’s disease), and acquired brain injuries (such as stroke or traumatic brain injury) by delivering personalized care that supports their safety, independence, and overall well-being in daily life.

Respite Care Services

Giving family caregivers a much-needed break by taking over the attentive care of their loved ones.

Family and Friend Caregiver Services

Guiding families and friends through Maryland's Medicaid HCBS Waiver programs, mainly Community First Choice (CFC) but also CPAS, CO, and ICS, which help to support and compensate eligible family and friend caregivers for the care they give to a relative, neighbor, or friend.
