CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one
Active license in the State of MD for CNAs and Med Tech. Degree and active license for RNs.

Interview
If selected, you’ll be invited to an interview.
Offer Letter
Successful candidates will receive an offer letter, which must be signed and returned.
Background Check & Compliance Forms
You must complete a background check and sign the FBI Privacy Act form as part of the hiring process.
Submit Required Documents
Once you pass the background check, you’ll need to provide your state ID, Social Security card or passport, relevant certifications, immunization records (including COVID vaccine card, if applicable), and CPR/First Aid certification.
